Welcome to Health care magic.

Treadmill test and Angiogram are completely different entities. As Treadmill test gives velocities and peaks and their graph ECG findings on increasing speed.

Angiogram can be conventional - with contrast passed and images taken at the same time and stenosis is recognised.

Where as the angiogram is different - in which all the vessels are imaged and see if there is any filling defects ( presence of any echogenic plaques, thrombus), narrowing of the vessels ( vascular pathologies).

Advanced technologies will also assess the degree of stenosis and volume measurements in MRA - MR angiogram / CT angiogram.

So there could be an obvious reason for angiogram - follow the instruction.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
