Is an increase in height of 2 inches in 2 years normal and how can one get growth spurt ?

i am 5.7 inches at 15.i am a weight is 52 kgs.before 10 i was really a short boy.actually i was the shortest in the class.then i got a growth spurt at 13 and grew up very tall.i was taller with respect to my many friends but from that time i only grew up to 2 inches in two it normal.i want to be at least 5.11 can i get a growth spurt?

Thanks for query,
If you are above 20 then further increase in weight is not possible.
Take high protein diet,
Take multivitamin supplements,
Do regular exercise lik running,swimming,jogging etc.
