If You have an apparent seizure- are You saying this automatically means You have epilepsy.. My Husband is 65 and in perfect health, nothing is ever wrong with Him- He went to emergency today and released him - everyrthing was great, perfect, told him to make apt wit neurologist. This is really beyond comprehension, that this is happening- to Him.. For His age, He actually doesn t take medication, like others His age- If this cost anything, please disregard.. We are attending to this, and have support Thank-You, Deana, Corona, Ca

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First, let me congratulate on the health status of your husband. I hope he will be as this good in the future too. Now, you have made a general check-up by your primary physician.

He judged that possibly your husband has seizure. but you don't believe this. Please take note that seizure has many symptoms. You might not have an apparent attack, but it has already happened (like eye stunning, sleep like symptom, etc).

Some other time, it might've happened a brain cardiovascular attack (haemorrhage or ischemia). EEG and a good neurological examination will determine the final diagnosis. So, try to relax until you see a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
