You are given metadoxin because it is used in fatty liver due to alcohol intoxication. And you have habit of alcohol drinking... Second for diabetis you are given pioglitazolin that is amtidiabetic drug... Your postprandial glucose high... So if you are obese then metformin will be more suitable.... For fatty liver it is advisable to stop alcohol drinking and smoking.... Fruit juice more. High fatty and non veg restricted.... Refined food less.... Butter, junk foods , cheese like trans fat limited. Regular exercise....
