At my 35 week ultrasound for EFW, baby s head was measuring 39 weeks and couple of days, and the FL and HL were measuring around 32 -33 weeks...should i be concerned about achondroplasia or downs? I m 28 (5 8 )and husband is 32 (6 3 ) with two other healthy children.

Hello,

Welcome to HCM. Theoretically, risk of down's or achondroplasia is around 1: 1600 if age is less than 30 yrs.

At present, fetal biophysical profile and measurement correspond to gestational age. With H/O previous 2 healthy baby, risk of above disorder is extremely LOW.

You should visit to your obstetrician for periodic check up and fetal well being. Don't worried much.
