General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your son in law experience with abusive nature threatening to kill himself I am suggesting that he has developed a major depressive psychosis with suicidal ideation definitely this is not a hormonal inbalance
In view of this please let him see a psychiatric specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps Regards
