Is Abnormal Growth In A Child Due To Hormonal Imbalance?

My granddaughter is five years old.Her first teeth fell down when she was four years old. Now all the second they complited. Her pediatrition susplcias about her fast growing.She is also very tall,the same age groups gorls.I am consern if she has some related her growth,some imbalance with her hormones.

I really appreciate your concern, this is the physiological phenomenon and not the disease and not need to worry about this, it is not the fat type of growing but could be taller personality hope this information helps.
