Is Abdominal Pain Post Intake Of Labetalol During Pregnancy Normal?

I am seven weeks pregnant no heartbeat detected my hcg levels dropped from 29,000 to 25,000 in 2 days the dr prescribed me some labetalol 100 mg I was on 10 mg of lisinipril my pregnancy symptoms is gone no bleeding after I took that one labetalol I started feeling pain in my stomach later that night

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy of seven week and no fetal heart activity detected then it has to be taken seriously because it could abortion else the hcg level has nothing to do with this, hope this information helps.
