Is A Saggy Scrotum In A 7-year-old A Cause For Concern?

Hi I have a question?
My stepson is 7 years old and as i was getting him ready for bed, I was getting really concerned. His scrotum (balls sack) it looks like they are nothing their but saggy skin. I’m a baby sitter and I bath all the children’s and none of them looks just like saggy skin but his does. I asked him mom and she doesn’t seem so concerned. Should we be concerned?

Hi,

I understand your concern. If there is no other complaint from him I do not think this is a problem. Sometimes saggy scrotal skin can be physiological. If you are still in doubt I request you to upload an image here so that I can see and revert back to you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
