Is A Right Bundle Branch Block A Serious Condition?

i am taking bp tablets for last 20 years my ecg report always say rbbb but echo test shows normal lupid profile report total cholesterol 201 ,triglycerides 76,ldl 152,hdl34,vldl15 all other test reports are nomal .i am 53 years old and daily 30 minutes exersize in the morning and 5 km walking in the evening please advise about my health condition with respect to heart dieases .no previous heart dieases in family .as of now i have no health issues

I would like to tell you that RBBB is a conduction defect which is harmless in majority of people. If you don't have any symptoms like breathless, chest pain or palpitations then you need not worry.
