Is A Rash On The Cheek Related To Auto Immune Disease?

I have anti phospholipid syndrome but generally in good functioning health. For several weeks I have had an acne like rash on my cheek just in the crease of my nose. Nothing seems to help it heal. Do you think it could be related to the autoimmune disease?
