Is A Protein Supplement Advisable For A Thalassemia Major Patient?

My daughter (13 yrs old) has beta thalassemia major. Getting regular blood transfusions every 2 weeks and Iron chelation by Desferrol Injection by pump (6 days a week). Can we give Protein Supplement like Nutrilite All Plant Protein for her better health?

what you are giving is right and authenticated. regarding food supplement there is no restriction but it will not help to cure disease.you know it is a hereditary disorder and line of treatment. doctors must have briefed you in detail
