Is A Pin Prick From A Backpack Dangerous

so i went to a punk show . And at punk shows there is alot of push and stuff .. So anyways there was this guy in front of me and i kept pushing him and i got scratched by a pin on his backpack.. Like a safety pin and i dont knoe if anyone else was scratched or poked by that pin ... I got a tiny stratch and drew a little blood later on .. Im very worried . Im a 15 year old girl

Main and important is that you bled after the scratch and no information about sterility of the pin ....don't panic ,my advice is that you should go for ART.
