Is A Negative CMIA Test Report 82 Days After Exposure Conclusive?

hi i had protected sex with a lady and sucked her boobs and checked condom also no tear intact during intercourse after 3 days i was having fever then diagnose with typhoid i have taken hiv test after 24 days of exposure then 82 days cmia test which is non reactive but my problem is i am feel burning sensation in chest burning sensation in eyes, and hot air from mouth and sometime legs pain, i have done liver functioning test as well and my spgt is 49 doctor recommended that i am completely fine and you don t have any problem i have done sonography,chest pa xray typhoid test all report is normal can you please tell me why this is happening and i 8 to 9 hours read about hiv only is this happening because of anxiety. need help

hi sir...i felt your words..and i know you are worry about get infected...but we need to take simple steps instead of being stressed and worried...i want you sir to take it simply and seriously at same time...1-1st step try to contact that lady and to know if she is infected with hiv or not and if she could do investigation for that...if she is negative for hiv that would be helpful to get out your stress...2- if you couldnot do that we must do ab test and pcr for hiv...pcr is important as there is what is called window period of hiv which ab decrease and give false negative results....if pcr is negative or less than 50 it means you are safe.....if pcr is more than 5000 you must begin antiviral therapy......from your story you may get infected from her with any other disease transmitted with sex or droplet but you shouldnot be verry stressed.....anxiety and stress may cause these symptoms you feel and it suppress your immune system....u must keep calm and follow these simple steps and you will be fine.......please take care of your self ..and thank you for contacting us
