Is A Lower Dosage Of 500 Mg Better?

I changed my dosage from 500 mg to 850 mg. 3 times a day. My head hurt to touch, my neck hurt to touch, my shoulders arms and hands painful all day long. My stomach hurt and could not go to the bath room. I stopped the 850 mg and went back to 500 mg,2 am and 2 pm. Feel better but still have some aches in he head and shoulder.

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .

Very sorry but you have not mentioned the name of the tablet and for what problem you were taking it .

Looking at the dose I feel it's metformin for Diabetes. If that is the case it's better you take the dosage advise by the doctor else your sugars will be high .

But any further discussion will be made only if you let me know the name of the tablet and for what problem you were taking it .
