Hi,

I have gone through your query.
For your age, enlarged prostate is very common and it is called Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Since your PSA level is under the normal range, there is nothing to worry about.
It is a gradual process and later prostate will grow in size leading to incomplete urination due to pressure on urethra. So, it is better to consult an urologist for medicines which slows down the process.
