Is A Faint Second Line In HPT Suggestive Of Pregnancy?

Hey doc, I missed my period this month, I had it last month on 7th july. My breasts hurts when touched and feels heavier. I had a home pregnancy test twice today and yesterday and both showed one dark and other fainter line. I had sex about 4 weeks ago without protection but my partner says it was safe. We are really not prepared for the baby mentally, physically and economically. Is it possible to stop it? Abort it? Will it effect my next pregnancy? Am very much stressed. Hoping for quick response.

Understand your concern
Following are the causes of faint positive pregnancy test: ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus) and low HCG level.
I advice you to go for USG scan and blood HCG to confirm the pregnancy.
If you have intrauterine pregnancy will be there then you can terminate it by using abortion pill up to 9 week under the observation of gynecologist.
Once time use of abortion pill does not affect the next pregnancy.
Ectopic pregnancy require surgery depend on site and severity.
But avoid repeated use.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet.
