Is A Delay In Periods After Taking Emergency Contraceptive Pill Normal?

I have a question about my period I took an emergency pill a little bit over a month ago, i got my period about a week or two after that, i havent gotten my period, and its been over a month since my last day of my last period, five days ago i took another pill, how long will it be untill i get my next period

Hello,

Yes, emergency contraceptive medication has some predisposing affect to derange the normal cycle of your periods. You have not mentioned what type of medication you have taken. There may be some days of up down in your normal routine for this or next month. For ruling out any pregnancy you need to get a pregnancy test also done because sometimes the contraceptive pills does not work too though the accuracy is 80 to 90 percent.
