Is A Clear, Fishy Anal Discharge Related To Sexually Transmitted Diseases?

Hi, I am a 20 year old male and i ve been experiencing a clear fishy anal discharge, which is sporadic but the the smell is constant, I ve tried eating greek yogurt to introduce live cultures, i ve been on antibiotics, i dont know what else to do. Could it be STD related? Please tell me what to do its really frustrating, it started about 4 months ago.

Hi,
Discharge of any type since 4 months from anal region is not a good indication. It can be due to sexual as well as nonsexual reasons both. If you had gone for any type unprotected sexual anal intercourse then can be more possibility of chlamydial infection in clear fishy anal discharge.

I suggest you to meet a proctologist to check for any anal pathology and go for battery of tests for Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
