Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your son is advised Budecort inhaler and Cetrizine for cold but Budecort inhaler is a Steroid based inhaler and is not necessary to be given in cold..
In case if your son has cough and cold you can give him anti allergics like Benadryl or Levocetrizine..
Decongestant like Phenylephrine and mucolytics like Ambroxol can be given..
Decongestant nasal spray, saline nasal irrigation and steam inhalation can help..
You can use humidifier in his room..
Give him.plenty of fluids and other warm fluids..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Give him soft and bland diet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
