Is Zomig Nasal Spray Safe To Use While On Lexapro?

My doctor prescribed 5mg of Lexapro daily for anxiety/slight depression. I currently suffer from migraine headaches and take Zomig nasal spray 5mg as needed when I get a migraine., usually once a month. My question is., is it safe to take the Zomig nasal spray while on the Lexapro? My doctor said yes because I am on the lowest dose of Lexapro. I am just nervous because I have heard about serotonin syndrome from combining the two. But I need the zomig when I get a terrible migraine because it s the only thing that works to take away the pain . Please advise if this combination/ dosage is safe. Thank you
