Is Zanocin-Oz The Right Medication For Stomach Cramps, Flatulence And Loose Motions?

I had stomach cramps sometimes. Smelly flatulence for last ten days and loose motions sometimes. I did some 20 min cycling yesterday and developed fever four hours after that. Doctor has checked and asked me to take ZANOCIN-OZ along with some other medicines. Pl confirm that my Doctor is on the right tract.

IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-Post-Cycling Aggravation of IBS.
Cycling caused hypermotility,leading to aggravation of undetected IBS-which was indicated from smelly flatulence and loose motions over last 10 days.And so you had developed fever after 4 hrs of 20 minutes cycling.
Your doctor was right in giving Zanocin-Oz(Zanocin-oflox with Ornidazole-OZ),which would take care of the aggravated IBS, but you need to evaluate further for long term assessment, to prevent its recurrence
