Is X Ray Diagnosis Of Hip Arthritis Conclusive?

I have pain in my knees, shins, and hip. Left leg. Sharp pain from buttox. Can t be comfortable. Pain is constant. I walk like I a crippled. Got an x ray from ortho Dr. said I have arthritis in in hip. saw nothing else. can this be tendinitus in leg . I was very active foryears at gym.

Arthritis can cause this pain, you should take an analgesic and follow the orders of your doctor. Arthritis is a long management disease.
