Is Viagra Advisable For Person With Heart Problem?

Thank you so much. I have a dear friend who is taking viagra for the first time. He is 63 & has a history of heart disease. Last week, he had chest pains &v felt as if he would pass out. I suggested that he speak with his MD. My question is: is he (he is like my brother I have been close to for 14 years) at risk by taking Viagra? Sorry, I m a cancer patient & cannot afford even $15.

Well, I have gone through the problem of your beloved friend.
Viagra is not advisable for person with heart problem.
Since he is taking medications for heart disease which tend to lower his BP, Viagra also decreases the BP,
So, if both the drugs are taken together, the fall of BP will be severe enough to cause heart problems.

So, ask him not to take viagra as long as he is on medications for his heart disease.
