Is Ultravist 300 Drug Safe To Take With History Of Pemphigus?
the patient had pemphigus since 10 years ago and now she take 1/4 tablet prednisolone and now for abdominal ct scanning the patient need to take ultravist 300 do this drug safe for this patient? because this drug may exacerbate pemphigus or induced this disease

Pemphigus isnot a contraindication for iodine containing contrast agents like ultravist..So, unless the patient has other contraindications like thyroid disorders or hypersensitivity to the ingredients, this can be given safely as a contrast agent.
