Is Tylenol Effective In Reducing Arthritis Pain?

I have had severe stomach pain with constipation pains and ended up as a GI bleed. They kept me in the hospital for three nights. They gave me a colonoscopy, which the doctor did not explain the results. The bleeding has stopped. I started out before all of this with a severe rash that was diagnosed as exema. It is all over my body and face and getting worse. Now I ve been put on prednisone, which seems to slowly help subsiding. I have arthritis which was diagnosed by x-rays and just told to take tylenol. This does not help. I am worried this is something more What I

If Tylenol is not effective in arthritis pain you should try other medications.
-Take ibuprofen three times a day
-use cold pads at the affected area
-daily exercises may help
