Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Tugain 5 is a topical treatment for male pattern baldness and is used in men to stabilize hair loss and induce re-growth in areas where hair is thinning and is most effective when hair loss has just started. It is however not indicated in frontal baldness. You may try it.I will also advise you try the following measure alongside:
-Eat a nutritionally balanced diet.
-Avoid tight hairstyles
-Avoid compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair.
-Treat your hair gently when washing and brushing. A wide-toothed comb may help prevent pulling out hair.
-Avoid harsh treatments
Hope this will help
Best regards
