Is Trigaine Shampoo Appropriate For Hair Fall?

Hi doctors, My wife facing hair loss problem (hair thinning especially sides)consulted dermatologist she prescribed below medicine 1:dulzrit (tablet)1 per day for 30 days 2:trigaine solution ( twice a day 1 ml each time) 3:konaz zp 50 ml lotion (twice in a week) Previous history Had less iron,vitamin d3 She clearly said that it not baldness but wen I searched about trigaine solution in this site many doctors suggest ing trigaine for baldness plz help me in understanding the issue. Need details like side effects of above tablet and solutions Can we use above solutions for hair growth even though it is not baldness?

Understanding your concern. As per your query your wife have severe hair fall which is known as alopecia. It could be due to excessive stress, dehydration, nutritional deficiencies, fungal infection and due to hormonal changes and genetic make up. Need not to worry. Trigaine Shampoo you can use as it is quite safe to use because it donot contain any harsh chemicals in it. Apply olive oil to massage your scalp. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test and physical examination. Doctor may also prescribe supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 and Vitamin E . Doctor may also recommend hair transplant with HUE technique. Avoid application of excessive chemical rich shampoos.
