Dear Doctor , Please find the attached report as per your requirement yesterday.From yesterday we have started medicine as pricribe by you upto 15 days.Taking sugar free in tea will effect in kitney during this medication.only this medicine tablet Glyciphage G1 is started from yesterday.please let me know.
