Is Spironolactone Advisable For Hair Loss, Rosacea And Acne?
I am 63years old and have mild female hair loss and rosacea and acne. I went to a new dermatologist who gave me spironolactone. 25 mg twice a day. The rosacea and acne comes and goes, and she attributed that to hormone swings, even though I have gone through menopause. All dermatologists say I produce too much Testosterone. Is there harm in trying this procedure???
