Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

If he was your trustworthy partner with no prior history of sexual contact and outside your present relationship, there is no risk for an STD.
Having said that, Unprotected sex is a risk factor in terms of STD's and particularly HIV, whether or not there was ejaculation or not.
Trauma causing bleeding during sex adds to the risk because infected body fluids are a source of HIV and therefore increase the quantum of virus that comes into contact with the vaginal mucosa.
I suggest that you get yourself tested at appropriate intervals for all STD's including HIV.
Screening for HIV (ELISA) and syphilis (RPR/VDRL) can be done earliest at 1 month and then to be repeated again at 3 months for a conclusive result.
Herpes can be tested earliest at 2 weeks and same is with Hepatitis B virus.
Moreover if you notice any ulcers, discharge, growths/warts in the genital area you must get yourself checked with a venereologist.

Regards
