Thanks for contacting HCM. dear patient Rosuvas F is a combination of rosuvastin and fenofibrate and this combination is excellent in controlling tryglycerides. Its not just a matter of controlling tryglycerides- as a person with hypertension and diabetes you are prone to develop atherosclerosis even if you cholesterol is normal so you need statins like rosuvastin to prevent that, besides fenofibrate to control tryglycerides. you also need to keep your blood glucose levels under control as uncontrolled blood glucose leads to high tryglycerides. Regards
