General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the safety of Ropinirole and Alprazolam.

Ropinirole is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome.
Alprazolam is used to treat anxiety, panic disorder and sleep disturbances like lack of sleep or inability to fall asleep.
Use of Alprazolam is associated with drowsiness, impaired concentration and motor incoordination which may interfere with your driving skills.
So, avoid taking this medication.
Hope this answers your query.
