Hi,

Using Ativan together with Risperdal may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Alcohol will also increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness etc. So, even if you have to take Risperdal with Ativan there should be a 5-6 hrs difference between them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma,
