Is Remeron 30 Mg The Right Medicine For Bipolar Disorder?

I have been taking Remeron for app. 10 months. During that time I have twice woken up in the middle of the night, crying and thought i was going to die. Every night when i got to bed, i am literally startled awake. This happens 4-5 times before i get to sleep. My moods are up and down. I have bipolar disorder also. 30mg Remeron 800mg Lithium

The medicaments are adapt for bipolar disorder. But as you have used them for so long and not with the expected result if you were my patient I would recomand to switch the medicaments.
