Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Rabeprazole is a relatively safe drug and you can safely prescribe Rabeprazole to a patient with enlarged liver. It won’t cause any further worsening of his liver status. He can also continue his routine drugs along with Rabeprazole.

Thanks.
