Is Prilosec An Antacid?
Hello, I am an adult foster care provider and my individual is having a colonoscopy on Tuesday. He was prescribed dulcolax for bowel prep. The pharmacy has written on the label not to take antacids at any time while taking the dulcolax. My individual takes Prilosec every morning. Is this considered an antacid?

It reduce the acid secretion form the stomach
It help in peptic ulcer disease, gastritis, GERD, anxiety induce acid secretion.
It should be taken before the 30 minutes of meal
So it could be taken with dulolax do not worry
