Is Postinor 2 Effective In Preventing Pregnancy After Unprotected Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex then I took a postinor 2 the next day. After taking the postinor 2 I had sex the following night and it happens that the condom burst,I took nothing after that incident. My period came before it s due date,at the end of my period my nipples were really tender for a few days. Is it possible I could be pregnant?
