General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Pauce MF being an antifibrinolytic may help control bleeding. However, it may not treat the cause of the problem.I will suggest you see a gynecologist for examination and investigation.Possible causes of your problem may include:
-Hormonal/ovarian imbalances including PCOD
-pelvic masses
-PID/STIs
-pregnancy and related complications.
I will advise you see your Gynecologist for evaluation.A pelvic ultrasound and an infectious/STI work-up will be very useful in your evaluation. If no causes found, hormonal works may be requested.
Hope this will help
Best regards
