Is ORS Solution Advisable For An Infant With Persistent Vomiting?

My daughter is 22months old .she is vomiting d can t digest water .after giving ondansetron oral solution she vomit after 4 hrs yellow color water .should I continue wd this medicine ?can I give her ors solution to prevent dehydration.her weight s 16kg

I really appreciate your concern, it is okay if she is given "Ondansetron" but important is underlying cause of vomiting and this need to be found out and that is to be treated, of course she can be given oral rehydration solution in case of dehydration, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
