hi doc wanted u to ask something about nestle milkpack is it healthy cause i have hav been using it for more than 1 year and a close relative of mine said that it is unfit for health

Well come to HCM
Occasionally this is okay if you use some commercially available milk, but always insist for dairy milk which is being used on daily basis from the dairy farm, hope this information helps.
