Is Nerve Up Effective In The Treatment Of Numbness In The Lower Legs?

I am Surinder Kaur Oberoi aged 66 yrs having hypertension, weak nerves, numbness in lower limbs, varicose vein and body ache ailments. I have been taking Tablet Telma-H, and Pregabalin and Mecobalamin Capsules with ultraset regularly. Now SR at Janakpuri Super Speciality Hospital prescribed Tablet Nerve UPand Tablet Rablet 20 along with Tablet Telma-H and Voveron Gel for L/A. I fail to understand the prescription of Tablet Nerve UP and Tablet Rablet 20. Pl help.
