Hi, how are you? I m patient of varicocele,my age is 24 and i am not married. I had a surgery from my back home about 5 year ago..Vein are still swollen and hurts when i stand straight for long time. Medical management is not effective for varicocele. Natural varicocele kit or any herbal remedies may not be useful. Surgery is the definite and curative treatment. Consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.
