Is Myteka Advisable For An Infant With Severe Chest Infection?

Hi doc,i have 1year old baby in this winter she got flu and badly chest infected then our family doc gave her myteka for one mnth or unifyline syrup.now she is better but doc said that i should gve this myteka nd syrup for more one mnth.so i asked from you that can i continue this?or nt?nd i also want to ask that if i go any cool place nd my baby again infcted by bdly flu or chest infction then can i start myteka or unifyline without any tension?

no medication should be given to baby without consultingpaediatrician. there is no need to continue any medicine for such long time.it is a medicine recomanded for bronchial asthma. so second opinion by pediatrician will be better.
