Is Mifty Kit The Right Medicine For Abortion?

I have miss my period more than one month and after checking got positive in pregnancy. I have a child of three year.so I do not want child this time .please suggest me what I do ,where I am staying in medical store only MIFTY KIT available so, can I use this kit.It will work perfectly.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have got pregnant and you want abortion for that, well i don't recommend abortions. If you are not prepared you should take proper precautions and proper preventive methods to avoid it. You can take take tab Mifepristone 200 mg orally. It will act to block effect of pregnancy hormones, thus arresting fetal growth.
This is to be followed by tab Misoprostol after 24 hours- 400 mg to 800 mg which is an effective method of abortion for pregnancies less than 7 weeks gestation. Otherwise, you may have complications like uncontrolled bleeding or incomplete abortion. I would suggest you to do it under supervision of medical practitioner after getting transvaginal ultrasonography.
