Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Gupisone is prednisolone and not methyl prednisolone.

It seems like your child might be having Atopic dermatitis. Prednisolone is an oral steroid and it is advisable only for the very severe rash which is not coming under control with topical steroids and anti histamines. I will recommend you to go to a dermatologist and get topical steroids prescribed first along with antihistamines and try it. Methyl Prednisolone syrup also requires a prescription to procure.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
