Respected Sir/Madam, I am a female 27 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS 2 years back.I used to get Irregular periods and so my OBGYN put on birth control pills to regulate my cycle.Now me and my husband are planning to have a baby and so I will be going off my pills from next month.Also, my OBGYN has decided to put me on metformin.Is that safe ? Also,is it okay to just get off the pill without planning any safe transition as I have been on the pill for 2 years now. thanks for your time.
