Is Loperamide Effective In The Treatment Of Diarrhea?
How long does it take loperamide to work once diarrhoea has started? Can you use Loperamide as a preventive? My husband is on chemo and has been given this drug treatment of just in case side effect of diarrhoea . He has to attend a dinner and does not want the inconvenience of diarrhoea.

Of course, you can successfully use loperamide in diarrhea. Also try to eat less fiber food, less sweetened juices, and less orange and apple juice. Use crackers and finger foods. Also taking proboscis such enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora is advisable.
