Is Lisinopril Safe To Be Taken While On Glimepiride And Oxycodone?

I have been instructed to take lisinopril. I am female, 63 years old and live alone. I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and also take 1/2 mg of glimepiride twice daily with a meal. I also have had back surgery in 2009 and neck surgery in 2007. I take oxycodone 10/325 mg. I don t know why I am afraid to take the lisinopril with the exception of getting dizzy but I am scared to death to take it. What s the worse that can happen with taking it?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hypertension then you have to take medicine for it and Lisinopril is well tolerated and it can be taken without fear, if you do have some reason for not to take this then you have to ask the physician to change it, more or less all the anti-hypertensive drugs may have same side effects hope this information helps.
