First of all,
what is the age of your baby??
Because breast milk is the best milk for 6 months to 1 year of age.
Regarding nan pro and lactogen they have same nutrition only difference is lactogen is sweet and nan is bland to taste.
So, it depends on the taste of your baby.
Regarding cows milk it is to be given after one year of age.
